Resolutions for Aging Healthfully

I have Two New Year’s Resolutions for 2024, which I think might be doable . Can you guess what they are ?

Resolution #2 Read more books. It turns out that it is not only good for sleep, but there are other benefits of reading, which I am eager to develop. And, guess what? I have a pile of books, which I have not read yet 🙂
