News You Can Use 🙂
As we come to the end of observing Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I want to share that there are many opportunities for you to find support with your Breast Screenings, and learning about early detection. With numerous organizations and resources available, it is important to take advantage of these offerings to improve your own understanding and health outcomes. According to the Breast Cancer Foundation – This fixed annual schedule ensures that awareness activities, fundraising, and educational campaigns consistently run through the entire month of October, allowing us all to participate in raising awareness and supporting those affected by this disease. By attending local events, joining community discussions, and utilizing online resources, you can empower yourself and others to prioritize breast health and navigate the complexities of screenings and treatment options with confidence.

Recently when I visited the Breast Cancer Website I learned that Cancer is not limited to younger adults. In the United States, nearly 60% of cancers occur in people aged 65 or older.
